Our Capabilities

Tracer is one of the finest lenticular printers in the world. More than a decade of R&D enables us to continually surpass our competition.

With flexible resources and a wide range of equipment, Tracer has the ability to produce short runs as well as national campaigns with quantities of many million. Regardless of the size of the run, every one of our clients receives the same personalized service and dedication to quality.

Tracer can produce lenticular panels in our large format facility up to 48"w x 72"h as single panels, and can tile multiple panels together as needed for even larger displays. We can print offset at sizes up to 38"w x 54"h, and as small as your projects may require. Our short run offset press also gives us the ability to print smaller sheets efficiently and cost effectively, for those truly smaller size projects.

Using single or multi-color printing, Tracer can print a custom back for all of your lenticular products. A variety of backers are available including rubberized, paper, clay-coated polypropylene, as well as peel and crack adhesive and various easel and foam options.

Tracer can accept art in almost any digital format including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MPEG, AVI as well as almost any format imaginable. Layered Photoshop files are preferred.

On average, Tracer requires 2-3 business days to create an electronic proof, and upon approval an additional 2-3 business days to produce a hard copy proof. Since many of our proofs are printed on the same equipment used in production runs, what you see is what you get. Once approval is received, we can typically have your job completed in a matter of days, depending on finishing requirements. For tighter deadlines, rush jobs can be accommodated at no additional cost whenever possible.

Tracer uses only the highest quality equipment for the production of your job. Our offset equipment includes a 56" KBA Rapida 142A, 6 color, UV + Coater, a 40" Manroland 700, 6 color, UV + Coater, and a KBA Genius 52 UV press. In addition, we utilize our proprietary photographic lenticular laboratory to push the limits of traditional lenticular. In our our NY facility, we house our large format flatbed press, and the array of equipment used in the production of our consumer lenticular offerings.

Large Format

After years of research and patience, Tracer has made the move to printing large format direct to the lens, with unbelievably clean animations and no unwanted screening artifacts. Tracer has developed a propriety and patented method to align the lens perfectly straight on the bed, resulting in a straight print every time.
